Commercial clerk (f/m/d) Payroll accounting

What area of responsibility can you expect with us?

  • Experienced and confident in the payroll accounting of commercial employees, you will prepare the monthly payroll accounting according to individual hours worked in cooperation with the property managers.
  • You carefully and confidently create all new employees in the payroll system, regularly maintain the master data and manage the contract documents.
  • You are familiar with the notification and reporting system, cooperation with health insurance companies, the tax office and other authorities such as the Federal Employment Agency. You are familiar with reporting within the prescribed deadlines and are available to answer questions in a friendly manner.
  • You maintain the filing of all employee and contract-related documents in a timely manner, updating and archiving them on an ongoing basis in order to support efficient working practices.
  • You will alternate with the financial accounting department during periods of absence. You will create outgoing invoices, post incoming payments and maintain the accounting system for all properties and customers, post stock movements and act as a point of contact for any questions employees may have about the IT programme.
