Facility Manager Cleaning (m/f/d)

What area of responsibility can you expect with us?

  • You are responsible for the timely and qualitatively flawless provision of services in the properties in your area of responsibility and thus contribute to the maximum satisfaction of our customers.
  • You will schedule the necessary personnel, manage them safely and cooperatively, ensure the fulfilment of the specifications and instruct the employees, e.g. in the areas of methodology or occupational safety. You will optimise work processes, ensure that the agreed times are adhered to and independently expand your workforce.
  • At regular intervals, you check existing equipment for functionality and safety, make sure there is sufficient material in stock and organise orders.
  • You not only ensure that the vehicle provided is always ready to drive, but also that it is maintained and that the applicable regulations are complied with.
  • You will check the payroll documents in your area of responsibility punctually and carefully (including the processing of holiday and sickness notifications) and make them available to the payroll department on time.

What qualifications do you have so that we should get to know each other?

  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in property management or a comparable function in the cleaning industry.
  • You have a confident, friendly and empathetic manner in dealing with our customers and employees and are fluent in written and spoken German.
  • You are in possession of a class B driving licence and are willing to travel daily for our customers in the Düsseldorf, Ratingen and surrounding areas.
  • You are flexible in terms of time and willing to work at weekends in exceptional cases.
  • MS Office user skills are just as natural for you as good time management.
  • You think and act in a solution-orientated and independent manner, are able to make decisions and always keep the absolute satisfaction of our customers in mind.
